Meet The Team

The Steven E. Shepherd Community Foundation (SESCF) is driven by a dedicated team committed to creating positive change for underserved men and boys on the westside of Indianapolis. Together, we bring a diverse set of skills and a shared commitment to our mission.

• Cameron Shepherd, Executive Director
  Cameron leads SESCF with a passion rooted in community service and the legacy of his late father. With educational experience from Butler University and a background in Violence Reduction and Public Health, Cameron oversees daily operations, develops partnerships, and directs programs that align with SESCF’s mission to empower men and young boys.

  Our Board of Directors provides guidance, expertise, and support for the foundation's growth and community impact:

  • Kevin Griffen, Board President
    Kevin leads the board in setting strategic priorities and partners with Cameron on community outreach and program development.

  • Ron Robinson, Vice President
    Ron assists in leadership and community engagement efforts, bringing his experience and perspective to our initiatives.

  • Sharon Adams, Secretary
    Sharon maintains our organizational records, oversees board communications, and ensures effective documentation to support our mission.

  • Kevin Gill, Treasurer
    Kevin manages SESCF’s finances, providing oversight for budgeting and financial planning to ensure the foundation’s long-term sustainability.

  • Steven E. Shepherd Jr., Board Member
    Focused on workforce development, Steven contributes his experience as an educator and entrepreneur to support employment and educational pathways.

  • Dr. Lauren Harden, Board Member
    Leading our wellness initiatives, Dr. Harden promotes men’s health programs, using her expertise in chiropractic and athletic training to impact lives.
